We do not collect patient information directly. All patient phone numbers used for SMS communications are securely transmitted to us by our healthcare provider clients, who confirm the patients have already consented to receive SMS alerts via their EHR systems.
We use patient phone numbers solely to deliver SMS messages on behalf of our clients. These messages may include appointment reminders, health updates, or care plan notifications as directed by the healthcare provider.
We maintain industry-standard safeguards to protect any patient data we receive. Our infrastructure is HIPAA-compliant, and we operate under signed BAAs with each client.
We do not send marketing messages. All SMS communications are strictly limited to patient care and are initiated on behalf of the healthcare provider.

Synaptix does not provide medical advice. All content and communication facilitated through our platform are directed and initiated by your healthcare provider.
Synaptix acts as a Business Associate to healthcare providers and does not assume liability for the accuracy of patient contact information provided by clients.
By receiving messages from Synaptix, you acknowledge that your healthcare provider has confirmed your prior consent for SMS communications. Standard message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying “STOP.”
Synaptix is not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use our communication services unless required by applicable law.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
