  1. Third-Party Responsibility

Synaptix acts as a Business Associate to healthcare providers and does not assume liability for the accuracy of patient contact information provided by clients.

  1. SMS Messaging

By receiving messages from Synaptix, you acknowledge that your healthcare provider has confirmed your prior consent for SMS communications. Standard message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying “STOP.”

  1. Limitation of Liability

Synaptix is not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use our communication services unless required by applicable law.

  1. Changes

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
